At Scholl Online Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear or accessories aren't a perfect fit, you can return them in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return, or use our guest portal to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items back into their original Scholl packaging and include the completed return form inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely fix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
